30 Day Gut Fix - Self Paced Program

The 30 Day Gut-Fix is a self-paced program with an optional group community coaching option through Facebook.  You can join the bi-annual group option beginning August 1st and receive free coaching in addition to the weekly video emails or take it at your own pace.  I offer optional 1:1 Telehealth coaching sessions along with this course, which you can select in the drop down menu at checkout. Spots are limited.

The program includes:

  • 4 weeks of suggested meals and a shopping list to guide you through buying nutritious and satisfying foods.
  • 30 Days worth of recipes (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and more!)
  • Email support from yours truly—I’m here to make sure you succeed!
  • Handouts with simple reminders for your gut health journey
  • A Food Diary so that you can reflect on how your meals make you feel and unleash your maximum potential!
  • Group Coaching via ZOOM for Annual Summer group as well as email support available.
